Ok, I've got 3 characters and I know ghost is doing up his stats for me so I've decided to start the first game topic. (ghost, I don't need your character before you post, so feel free to go ahead)
I've also decided to make the first topic a kind of prologue, so you can get a kind of character introduction post in before we start proper. I'll leave it up for a couple of days before we really begin.

You gave me the Go-ahead, so I went ahead
Like the feel of this, so "Avast, me heart-!" Uhm... I mean of course 'pull on those ropes, crew-people-who-are-not-at-all-pirates-at-all-not-even-remotely!'

Ghost, I hereby formally blame you for the loss of the long boats

Hehe, might be right, too... Probably another good reason why Eldrid is in a foul mood - in addition to his brother being wash off the boat.
Please tell me if the last bit was too much. Just trying to make my guy nice and villainy, and at the same time making it so that the group of baddies he had with him at the beginning of the tale, isn't really a factor once we get to shore (so as to balance things out a little).

Hey Curry, is it possible to sign up for this RP still? It's been a long time since I was on this site, and I was hoping to get back to Roleplaying.

Yeah, it's ok, we're still at a part where people can be introduced without any hassel, so go ahead and send me a character.

BTW, if you guys wish to kill the captain I won't need any rolls, just come up with something fun

Actually, I was kinda hoping to resolve the conflict without undue violence. Besides, what can you do with pointy sticks? Run them through his eye?

Sorry about the 'undue violence', P. Sh*t happens when you Captain goes nuts (and your brother just died)...

The captain wasn't nuts...he just had a different view of the world......

It's a dog-eat-dog world and the rule of "an eye for an eye" definitely applies; if you guys feel lEldrid has to go, I can't really argue
(although he will put up a fight
)
