The roads were clogged with the dead, both walking and not. The plague had spread to all over Lordaeron, and word has it, even King Terenas was dead. The roads and towns were no longer safe, and most of the kingdom was heading to the ports to evacuate. Your little group was not so lucky, and instead you three strangers had found yourselves trapped in the Inn of the White Boar in the town of Strahnbrad. After Arthas' cleansing of the plague in the area, it is one of the few buildings still standing. The undead are all around, hunting for the fresh, warm meat that they know is in the area, but that they cannot find. Darkness has shrouded the area is a gloomy darkness, the remains of burnt buildings hiding the horrible creatures that lurk within them.

Tipping his hat upwards, Arothas Duskwalker once again glanced towards the door - and the windows, and the holes in the roof, once again exchanging the string on his bow. If left on for too long, or if exposed to the rain, the string would slacken and grow useless.
They had still not been attacked, which was a relief. Particularily as he knew nothing of his companions capabilities, although he knew he himself was perfectly suited to combating the Undead.
It was damn annoying, really - stuck in the middle of Lordaeron, missing the ships, and having no way of fighting themselves out. Well, unless things got really messed up. Duskwalker shook his head, speaking quietly to the folk next to him.
"Well, when are we leaving? We can't bloody stay here forever, our rations will not last long, and eventually we'll be found."

'I hope they find us. Then I can listen to them all fall. One by one.' Ilthorien says through gritted teeth. As his family had been taken by the Burning Legion and as the Scourge were their army, he wanted them all dead. 'Pity the demons are playing safe after their leader got killed. I wanted to kill more of them.' He checked to see that his Warblades were still there. You never know who you could trust these days.

[OOC: By this time, it should be known, though not everyone may know who you are talking about, depending on if they knew what had happened at the World Tree.]

Karie looked around at all the people. Her family had been killed but her and Tycoon, her Black Bear, had managed to escape. "I agree, we can't sit here forever, but where can we go? Undead are swarming in the streets and unless there's a back door thats leads to a portal out of here we are stuck. We could try and fight our way out, but as soon as those undead smell flesh then they are going to swarm us..." She stops and looks around at the group, while one hand unconsciously pets Tycoon out of habit.

"Well... Worst case scenario is that the Undead can't run, even though we can." Duskwalker shook his head.
"However, we should most definetly try to sneak by. Southwards, maybe, to Stormwind, which would be the best thing, I suppose, and is the only real, sane option." He shrugged.
"Although, admittedly, it is southwards that the Undead will go, as well. Although I judge the risks to be worth the price."

"I agree, Stormwind is our best bet for safety right now. Those undead freaks will never make it within one hundred miles of Stormwind!" Karie had never been to Stormwind before, but she had heard it was a majestic City of Stone and that the King himself lived there!

'We might as well then. I might be able to contact my peoples in Stormwind or Menethil Harbor so they can help out over in these Eastern Kingdoms. But I hope that the many Warlocks and Necromancers that are responsible for this will pay for their traitorous deeds. Not meaning you Arothas' He had to accept the reason that we were dead men walking up here and that it would be safer south.

"Well, What ever we do, we need to do it fast, the undead will smell us soon and come barging though that door and I don't think we could fight off all of them, unless me we a had an army or something.

A loud thump is heard at the barricaded door. It is not a solid thump, but more of a squishing nose can be heard, followed by a low moan. One of the Undead knows there is something in the inn worth eating, and the noise will soon draw more.

'Looks like your words came true my friend. Let's hope that they are weak so that we can make it to maybe Southshore because we won't be able to outrun the Undead forever.' he says grimly. He knew that against the hordes of Undead they could only manage to fell some of the army.

Alright everyone, you have one of three options:
1: You can climb to the roof before the Undead get in.
2: You can try and fight your way out the front and hopefully get away before the Undead surround you.
3: You can stand there and die.
Make a decision, the clock is ticking....
