Not seeing Bertus Lilbits heads to the closed door, her worry growing but feeling better now that she was armed again, things just were not going her way.

Morkai follows ready to face danger. His ward still offered him some protection and he still had several usefull spells ready if there was trouble.

"Alright, let me check the door before any of you try to get us killed again." Alana moved to the head of the group, giving the door a look, and then she checked around it for any traps.

everyone has a tingling sensation on the back of their necks, as if the very hairs are standing up in response to something, but when you look around, you see nothing.

Eldrith brought up the rear of the group, looking over her shoulder periodically to make sure nothing was going to sneak up on them. "Well, is it safe?" She kept her voic low, but it still carried a bit off the dungeon's stone walls. She had her short sword in hand, unsure if she would be able to have the room to bring a bastard sword down on anything that came at them.

Alana stood back up, putting away her tools as she did. "Alright, the door is safe. I'll go first, everyone get ready to follow if there's trouble." She readied her crossbow and put ehr hand on the door, pushing it open slowly.

Anxious with worry Lilbits attemps to push past Alana into the room, trying to peer around to see if she can find Burtus anywhere.

Debris and trash cover this room as well. There’s not much else here other than a wooden door on the east wall.

Alana put her hand on Lilbits chest, raising a finger to her own lips. "If you do that again, I'm going to stick my rapier through your heart." She pointed to the door on the other end of the room. "If we lose the element of surprise, we're all dead. Understand?"

"I wouldn't say we'd be dead but its usually easier to win with the element of surprise." says Morkai
