As Adam cleared the pots and drink cartons away, Eve and Trent entered the eating area. "Morning all! We got your stuff," Trent beamed and hauled in a suitcase. Dumping it heavily on one of the tables, he popped the lid and opened it up. Various dark coloured business suits showed. Eve had a smaller, wheel bound case and that opened up to show a collection of shoes. Fi sprang from her seat by the door and rummaged through the clothes. She tutted occasionally.
"I got two of these too," Trent added and pushed two packages on to the table. He slid one towards Ophelia and the other at Hayden. "Six shot 11mm caseless units. Good enough for at least two double taps. The weapons are polymer based and will dissolve when exposed to any standard climb rope catalyst." He holds up two lipstick sized black tubes. "I have two as a spare. Keep them sealed or the outside of the gun'll get crumbly. Adam knows how to use one if you've got any questions. 'Fraid I gotta split." With that, he puts the tubes down and says his goodbyes.
"Always in a rush," Eve says quietly. "Can't think where he gets it from." Her last words are pleasantly sarcastic. "I think we collected all the clothes you wanted. Shift asked me to ask you that you've got that magic card he gave you? He sends his apologies, but he can't be here at the mo. He and Nae are chewing over a problem." She pauses and rests her walking stick against the table before sitting down. "He also asked that you leave any communicators or mobies you've got with you in the suitcase. There's a risk Hopton's lot may have tried to track them. I've put two of those disposable mobies in with the clothes."
Adam walks up and puts a coffee in from of Eve. "Thanks, poppet." Adam blushes and goes back to the kitchen. "I've managed to arrange with Trent to hook the lift into the transport system. We can take you to Hamilton Row, it's a podrail station about three hops away from the corporate zone and Hopton's apartment. You'll have to walk from there to his address and it'll be rush hour too. Plenty of people to hide in." Picking up her coffee, she takes a sip and smiles. "I'll come back in a bit. I've got a call with a client. I'll be back in 40 minutes or so. I hope that gives you enough time to get ready. We've only got a small window to sneak the pod into the transport system."
