More about Artin Fillips:

Born in the years after the war, Artin was thrown out at the age of 7 after his mutations became apparent, 15 years on Artin has never learnt his true name, though in the dirt of the road he had found a name badge that read 'artin Phillips' he was young and his eyes stung in the sunlight so he gave himself the name 'Artin Fillips' he survived by clinging to the cities, where the remains of tall buildings shielded him from prying eyes and the sun, even with the treatment he has been given Artin still feels he must help anyone he can, he has found he was talented at healing people and he looked through all the medical books, hospitals, clinics and pharmacies he could to learn how to help people more.
He learned to read early on, before his mutations were discovered, he enjoys reading all manner of book. his greatest joy in life is to help others, to see life flow anew, whenever he can he helps people, crawling from his bolt-hole (he can never stand being among 'normal' humans, they're too aggresive)
he will aid anybody who asks, and never asks for more than they can spare.
